1. Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time, however, we may consider it in the future. Tell us if you're interested so we can meet our customer's needs.
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. In the odd chance there is a delay, we will promptly notify you.
3.What methods do you ship?
Almost all orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority with tracking so you will receive your order typically within 2-3 business days. You will receive shipment confirmation with tracking number when your order has shipped.
4. Will you be adding more brands?
Yes! We are adding new styles and brands every day. Please subscribe to our newsletter on our homepage and like our Facebook page to receive the latest updates on new styles and brands. We love offering coupons and discounts, so be sure to subscribe!
5. How are your prices so low and with free Priority shipping?
We partner closely with our suppliers to offer you the very best prices we can offer. We also operate very efficiently to keep costs low. We do not drop ship. All orders ship directly from us in Texas.
6. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. We want you to be delighted with your bag and become a returning customer. We accept returns on all items excluding Clearance sales within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in new condition with tags. If an item you have received has a manufacturer defect, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with DAMAGED ITEM as the subject line. All returns will receive an exchange, refund or account credit, per your choice.
