1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now ship internationally. There is an additional shipping cost of $19.99 to ship outside the U.S.
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We ship almost all orders within 48 hours. In the odd chance there is a delay, we will promptly notify you via email.
3.What methods do you ship?
Almost all orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority or FedEx SmartPost with tracking so you will receive your order typically within 2-4 business days. You will receive shipment confirmation with tracking number via email when your order has shipped, so be sure to enter an accurate email at checkout.
4. Will you be adding more brands?
Yes! We are adding new styles and brands every day. Please subscribe to our newsletter on our homepage and like our Facebook page to receive the latest updates on new styles and brands. We love offering coupons and discounts, so be sure to subscribe!
5. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. We want you to be delighted with your bag and become a returning customer. We accept returns on all items excluding Clearance sales within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in new condition with tags. If an item you have received has a manufacturer defect, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with DAMAGED ITEM as the subject line. All returns will receive an exchange, refund or account credit, per your choice.
6. Why is all customer support provided via email?
